E32D – Ex-Indonesian 1 Year Visa Indonesia
The E32D visa, also known as the Limited Stay Permit for Ex-Indonesian Citizens (1 Year), is a temporary residence permit for Indonesia designed specifically for former Indonesian citizens who now hold foreign citizenship. It allows them to return to Indonesia for a short-term stay.
Key features of the E32D Visa:
- Validity: The E32D visa is valid for 1 year and may not be renewable.
- Activities: Similar to other Ex-Indonesian Citizen visas, the E32D primarily allows for residency rights. Working or conducting business activities typically requires a separate work permit or business visa. There may be exceptions depending on your situation, so consulting with Indonesian immigration authorities is recommended.
- No investment requirement: Unlike the E32A visa (Repatriation Visa), there is no mandatory investment requirement for the E32D visa.
- Family: E32D visa holders can bring their spouse and children to Indonesia under dependent visas.

Stay

Processing time
- Most tourist visas are processed within (6 to 7) working days.
- We will send the visa to the registered email after your application is approved.
- Your visa application may take longer to process if the information required for your visa is incomplete or missing.
With this visa you can
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
- Travel to and from Indonesia.
- Carry out employment-related activities or attending education, as long as it has been reported to Immigration (using the multiple activity reporting process).
You must
- Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia.
- Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
- Report on the compliance of commitments within 90 days after the date of entry.
Visa Validity
- This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum of 90 days from the date of issue.
- Please note that the validity period of the visa is different from the period of stay, please check your visa for information on the period of stay.
Other information
- If you meet the conditions, you will automatically obtain the electronic limited stay permit (e-ITAS) and the Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint (you do not need to go to the immigration office to obtain a Limited Stay Permit and Re-Entry Permit).
- In addition to the electronic limited stay permit, the limited stay permit also has a physical card available at the immigration office.
- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
- You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia
