C10 – Invited Event Participant Visa in Indonesia
The C10 visa is a Single Entry Invited Event Participant Visa designed for foreign nationals traveling to Indonesia to participate in specific approved events.
Who Can Apply for a C10 Visa:
This visa is suitable for individuals who are:
- Invited speakers, lecturers, presenters, or public figures attending conferences, workshops, seminars, or other approved events in Indonesia.
- Important to note: They cannot be employed by any Indonesian entity during their stay under this visa.
- Individuals engaged in limited tourism activities alongside their event participation.
Key Points about the C10 Visa:
- Validity: C10 visa is a 60-day stay visa and the visa validity is 90 days after visa approval.
- Activities Permitted: Participating in the specific event you were invited to and engaging in limited tourism activities. You cannot engage in any work activities unrelated to the event.
- Target Audience: Foreign nationals formally invited to participate in approved events in Indonesia.

Stay

Processing time

- Carry out activities related to speakers, lecturers, presenters, or public figures but not in an employment relationship with parties in Indonesia.
- Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
- Receive compensation, wages, or similar from individuals or corporation in Indonesia.
You must
- Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom .
- Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
- Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Visa Validity
- This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
