ATC Indo Visa POLICY
A third party has no right to hold your passport. After ATC Indo Visa receives your passport back from the immigration offices, we will notify you and only hold it for 3 days. You will need to inform us if you would either like to collect your passport from an allocated office or give us permission to resubmit to immigration for your next extension.
If you collect your passport from one of ATC Indo Visa offices, it is your responsibility to return it to us for further extensions or new visa applications 7 days before your visa or kitas expires. If your passport is in your possession, we will not be held responsible for any overstay you incur.
ATC Indo Visa will not proceed with any visa or kitas services until payment is complete.
Whilst staying in Indonesia it is your responsibility to understand all immigration laws and regulations that are visa-related.
